One of the better things about residence is the fact that we have electric heating. I don’t like the smell of it, but at least the smell signifies heat. I miss the smell of burning wood though.
School, music and the commute.
After sitting at home for reading week trying to enjoy myself when I realize that I have to go back to school in a matter of hours. Nothing like saying good-bye to your family at 10am as you hitch a ride with your mother’s coworker back to university and the penultimately awesome feeling of stress. But I enjoyed the time I got to spend with my family, no matter how short. The Hedley concert was amazing, I’ve merchandise from this, and I got to see my amazing friend Jaye again before going back to tBay. I’m really thankful to have been with my family at all; they mean the world to me. I can’t wait to see them again. Hoping and praying for the best last half of the term.
